Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on consumable products, including all coffee beans, ground coffee, and capsules. This policy is necessary as we cannot guarantee products have not been tampered with after leaving our possession, even if they are still sealed. This ensures that every product you receive is in pristine and unused condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@carrarocoffee.co.za with your order details and photo evidence. We will review your case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Shipping and Handling
